I’m giving a CLE session for the N.C. Bar’s GP Solo/Small Firm Symposium this summer about virtual law practice using web-based, SaaS apps. which will cover ethics and technology issues. Glad to see other state bar programs addressing these topics. There need to be more professional resources for the virtual law practitioner.
