Thanks for the podcast. I download it each week. As I posted in a comment on 22 April, 2009, I am working with colleagues on preparing a CLE program regarding Specifically, we are working on a segment dedicated to the ethics issues surrounding social media in regard to the following areas:
1) Advertising and Marketing, generally,
2) Communication with potential clients,
3) Communication with retained clients,
4) Communication (with individuals (parties or witnesses) with counsel or who work for entities with counsel,
5) Investigation of facts and/or witnesses, and
5) Confidentiality, generally.
We would appreciate any links, articles, contacts, or other resources you or Tom could suggest on the issue. We will also be happy to share a copy of our presentation with you once it is finished.
